i really liked the service, the food was great! Robert & Anthony attended us so well!

the entertainment needed help, was awful, the drinks also needed help, a few people from the bar were not so nice. I wish we were informed we can visit all sandals on day one.

The scenery was amazing. The butler service was fantastic. If you are looking for an all inclusive vacation on the beach with various water activities as well as attentive butler service, then this is the place. Being able to shuttle over to the other Sandals resort which had many other restaurants to choose from which was 2 minutes away was great. The food was also very good for an all inclusive resort.

There was one night my steak was served basically raw but that was quickly rectified. Also there was a resort next to ours which had music playing which was overhead in our room well past 2am on certain nights. No fault of the resort but it did keep me up some of the nights for a bit.

three separate days we experienced a severe loss in water pressure to no water , staff worked to resolve the issue, very accommodating and apologized for the short time we were waiting for water to be restored. The longest we waited was 15-20 minutes. not a big problem, unless you’re already in the shower soaped up . The costs for some of the excursions seemed pricey, not everyone from the states has money, a $10.00 locker fee at the dolphin exhibit , $180 for pictures , we wanted to purchase one photo of us and we’re denied , they were pushing the entire package.

How quiet and relaxing it was!

The day we arrived the check in was very unorganized and we never received the tour of the property when we first arrived and we’re left sitting around 30 minutes before anyone came to show us where we could get food.

Location is amazing; Staff was Above and beyond. Room was very nice, with the only issue of lacking acoustic isolation with the neighbours; even if we are not used in all Inclusive, this resort was something else and was a great end of our journey. The sight from the room: To die for!

I had a issue with the services provided by the local diving Center but the management of the hotel was very responsive in helping up. Probably the target clientele is a bit older than us but we had a great time.

Breakfast was fine and great location

Once checked in at front desk we were turned over to our Butler, Anthony. He was running around trying to handle multiple check ins & we were rushed into our room & he forgot to tell us about special dinner for returning guests, which we missed. Butler was a nuisance most of the time. Our shuttle to airport was scheduled at wrong time, good thing we noticed it. This was our Third trip to Royal Plantation and the dining was good (although the French Restaurant did not have Escargot and my Bouliabase was served over mashed potatoes. Really???

Great breakfast bar, so many excellent restaurants, bars, pools, outdoor activities, excellent butler service, everyone extra friendly. We never left the resorts areas because when you leave your just another tourist in the local areas, but while your at the resorts you are treated like royalty. When Sandals says all inclusive, they really mean it. I put my wallet in my room safe and never touched it until our departure.

The drive to and from the airport was long, but worth it. The shuttles could run more frequently to take you between resorts.

I liked how our butlers made sure that we had whatever we needed or wanted. This was my 60th Birthday and they made it a wonderful experience. I was treated like a Queen and that is what they called me.

The resort beaches are the most beautiful I have ever seen. Stunning beyond words. The many activities included were also fantastic, great touch. Having the opportunity to enter all other surrounding sandals locations also made it worthwhile.

The rooms are average in comparison to the beach itself. This does not have any affect however on the stay, just worth noting here. Beautiful none the less with breathtaking beach views.

The people were, to a person, fantastic. Everyone worked to make us happy. We liked that it was first class, but not stuffy. The scuba diving was really well run. Food choices were sufficient and quality was excellent. Royal Plantation is pleasant and quiet, with the option to go next door to Ochi resort for partying.

Beach was small. So was the marina, and negotiating the reef was difficult enough that water activities were cancelled when seas were only a little rough. Included wines were limited and of marginally good quality.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with nice, cold face towels! Then, a lady from the front office greeted us with glasses of champagne. Our butler, Richard, was waiting for us. He greeted us with a smile and took us around the property for a tour. Richard was very professional and reserved. He always had our room clean and some type of greeting whenever we returned from being out. He made a heart out of towels, left us "love notes", and even had a colorful strobe light on in the room with two swans (made out of towels) kissing on the bed surrounded by flowers and a nice, hot bath ready for us with flower petals in the bubble bath!! He always found us on the property and told us if we needed him for "enyting" to call him on the cell phone he provided us. He left us desserts the first day and nachos the second day. He ordered me Jamaican Smiles whenever I wanted one. It was very relaxing and quiet at night for bedtime - except for the crickets, but they sounded like birds so it wasn't so bad - and wasn't the resorts fault either. The entertainment was awesome. My husband and I loved the singer, Roshi, and the band, Rush! We also loved the piano player in the Wobbly Peacock Pub named Oliver!! He played practically anything we asked, and even asked me to sing a duo with a fabulous singer! I appreciate them being so nice and saying that I was a good singer - Yeah, right, guys!! The Friday night entertainment was great! The seven dancers really did a fantastic job showcasing the heritage of Jamaican Dance. Last, but not least, the workers were so nice. They always greeted you with a smile - even when I asked Karena for my favorite drink, the Jamaican Smile, she gave me the biggest, most beautiful smile (dimples and all) I had ever seen - A REAL JAMAICAN SMILE!!

More cheesecake!!

Amazing, quiet, adult only, inclusive resort and so peaceful, . Loved that the music stopped at 10pm and during the day you could just relax on the beach and there was no "night club" music playing. The food was great and the staff very attentive and made sure you want for nothing.

The only negative is the nearly 2 hr drive from the airport to get to the hotel. But they do provide airport transfers at no extra charge.
